What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The exact offerings differ depending on the package — for example, evening cruises come with high-end snacks and drinks, whereas business charters may feature meeting amenities and corporate-friendly catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure a booking, it's advised to do so 2–3 weeks prior to your intended date, but 4–6 weeks in advance for business gatherings or private functions, particularly during the busy season from May to September. This ensures better access to our fleet and allows for tailored arrangements.
What is the procedure for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our highest concern. If the captain determines that weather conditions are too risky, we propose an alternative charter date or offer a complete refund. We keep an eye on the weather forecast vigilantly and will get in touch with you if potentially unsafe conditions are anticipated 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions?
Guests are permitted to supply their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Additionally, we provide excellent provisioning services and can design a menu according to your preferences. For safety measures, glass containers are strictly prohibited on board.
Do you offer access for guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to serve every guest. Certain vessels in our fleet are equipped with enhanced accessibility features. We urge you to discuss specific requirements at the time of booking, so we can guide you to the most accommodating yacht and arrange for any necessary services.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure will be fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours will receive a refund equivalent to half of the booking cost. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are ineligible for any refund unless due to unforeseen weather or mechanical issues originating from our side.
